退货条款

• 凡是产品有明显瑕疵，或者发错货，您可以把货寄回，我们会负担邮费。
• 如果是收了货但不合身，在标签还没剪下的状况下皆可退货，但是您必须负担邮费。
• 在任何情况下如果标签已剪下或已经过清洗，该产品将不可再退回。

下单前必读

• 因每台电脑显示器不一样，所以和实物难免有所色差。买家们可参考实物拍摄的颜色为准。
• 本店使用Pos Laju，一般在汇款完成后48小时内发货。
• 每件商品都是实物测量详细尺寸，存在1-3CM误差属于正常，尤其是有弹性的衣服，量松一点或拉开一点很容易造成几厘米的误差。
• 如果发货前发现货物无货或有瑕疵, 本店会通知买家然后会全数退还所付的款额.
• 所有货物发货前都会经过检查以确保货物的品质. 在运输过程中造成货物有任何损坏, 本店一概不负责.

购物流程：

• 选择货品
• 留言或email查询库存（请提供款号，尺码，颜色）
• 店主回复所查询的货品库存
• 下单(请提供款号，尺码，颜色, 姓名，地址，电话)
• 汇款并提供详情（姓名，地址，电话，PBB或MayBank, 款额，日期, Transaction Number）
• 过账后货物将会寄出，您将收到物流追踪号码Tracking Number
• 物流公司发货到您家。

Please Read Before Order

1. Due to the way colour is displayed on screen, the actual colour might be slightly difference.

2. Measurements are made by hand so 1 to 3 cm difference is normal.

3. All orders are sent by poslaju, normally within 48hrs after transaction.

4. Choose the size carefully, if you are not sure what size to choose, please PM as I can make recommendation.

5. If an item is found to be defective or shortage before shipping, you will be notified immediately and allowed for

full refund or replace with other item.

6. All item is checked and make sure in good condition before shipping, we will not be responsible to any accident

during shipment causing damage to the parcel/item.

• We will reply to you to confirm.
• Make an order through email or inbox(Please provide item code, size, color, name, delivery address, contact number)
• Make a payment(Please provide name, delivery address, contact number, PBB or Maybank, amount transfer, transaction number, date of transaction)
• After confirm the payment, we will make a shipment within 48 hour. We will provide a tracking code to you for tracking purpose.

• Please use online banking or go to counter to make payment.
• If using cash deposit machine, please make a payment in round figure(Eg: If item is RM69, add up courier fee RM7. Total is RM76, please bank in RM80). The extra payment will be refund back to you when we make a shipment. Please provide bank account and bank name. Please use the same bank as we use, this easy for us to do a refund.

Receive Product

• Before signed the parcel, please make sure the product receive is same as the order you made.
• If the parcel is damage, please do not sign on the parcel and reject it.
• If found the quantity receive is not same as the order made, please contact us to confirm either is we make a mistake or other causes. Then you decide reject or sign the parcel.
